I am a full-time real estate professional working with buyers and sellers in the Metro Washington DC area. We have wonderful schools, parks, recreation and the best cultural activities right up there with New York....ours are mostly free!  There is so much excitement, history, culture, diversions, etc in the Metro DC area, one may never get to experience all that we offer.
